Our Property Claims Representatives:
-Inspect damaged property and determine claims related damage
-Estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property
-Identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within prescribed limits).
-Represent the Company from a public relations standpoint and must conduct oneself as a professional member of Management at all times.

Qualifications:
--Four-year college degree, minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position
-Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
-Valid driver's license
-Must pass pre-employment assessment and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
-Bondable
-Computer proficiency
-Construction experience/knowledge helpful, but not required
